Return Policy:

We want your experience to be excellent at all times. However, if you are interested in returning a product, our Policies will help you learn about the process.

Take note that, hair tools in general, under the Health and Hygiene Policy Standards, cannot be returned in used or opened condition. We can consider a product return only when the product is sealed and unused. Please read the following requirements.

Any return request must have an authorization number and a form provided by a Talavera Hair Products service representative. Write to https://www.splitenderpro.com/contact-us/ and request your authorization number.  We are not responsible for packages lost in transit and/or without proof of delivery back to us. All items Originally sent to you, accessories, retail box, instruction manual must be received in good condition in order to received a full refund. Returned products with missing items, parts, accessories or instruction manual are subject to extra charges.

All reimbursement will be offered to the buyer once the unit arrives at our warehouse, inspected and complies with all the requirements of the terms and conditions of each policy established in this section less the shipping costs involved in the original shipment to you (Even when we offer free shipping, our company incurs in all shipping cost for your order).

Terms & Conditions

7- Days Money-Back Guarantee- (Buyer’s Remorse)

The product must be sealed and in an unused condition. This period applies to the following codes: “accidental order”, “unauthorized purchase”, “wrong color ordered”, “wrong model ordered”
  1. Refund will be made using the original payment method and will be provided only if all terms and conditions are met.
  2. Items must be returned to Talavera Hair Products and must be postmarked no later than 7 days after product has been delivered to the buyer.
  3. The original sales receipt must indicate the price and date of purchase.
  4. Include the original, dated sales receipt with your return, and send it to the address listed below.
  5. Returns must be sent by prepaid mail (collect returns are not accepted) to: THP, INC. Split-Ender, REFUND RA#______, 2710 Alpine Blvd. Ste O-136, Alpine CA 91901
  6. Buyer is responsable for the return shipping cost. We will not add the return shipping costs of your product to the refund, it will only include the original amount paid for the goods and applicable taxes paid by the customer, if any.
  7. We will not be responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen, mis-shipped or damaged product returned to us.
  8. The refund will be granted after the unit has arrived at our warehouse, inspected and verified that it does complied with all the requirements mentioned within the 7-days Money Back Policy.
  9. Yo can receive the refund in a period of 1 to 5 business days. However, there are occasion where it may take a period of 1 to 15 business days depend on your Bank of Credit Card Company.

7- Days to inspect the product - Missing packaging/part(s) from unit(s)

Note: The packaging and manufacturing quality standards are strictly supervised and this is what guarantees that our products arrive in sealed states to each buyer with all requirements: accessories, parts and informative documentation. Talavera Hair Products is the manufacturer of the Split-Ender brand.

Talavera Hair Products grants 7-days from the delivery date for you to inspect the product and all parts. Do it immediately! and we will respond. Missing something? write to the following link https://www.splitenderpro.com/contact-us/. A customer service representative can request information such as purchase order, photos and others as proof of purchase. Talavera Hair Products is not responsible after the end of the seven days in corresponding to any claim under the code: missing packaging/part (s) from unit(s).

15- Days Return Policy (Used/Unsealed) Products

  1. Refund will be made using the original payment method and will be provided only if all terms and conditions are met.
  2. Items must be returned to Talavera Hair Products and must be postmarked no later than 15-days after product has been originally delivered to the buyer.
  3. The original sales receipt must indicate the price and date of purchase.
  4. In addition, Talavera Hair Products, at its discretion, must determine that the returned product was used in accordance with the instruction booklet (included with the product at the time of purchase).
  5. Include the original, dated sales receipt with your return, and send it to the address listed below.

All products received under the policy of 15-days that are in used condition or contain missing parts and accessories, will be subject to a 20% to 45% restocking fees, It will depend on the inspection of the package when arrives to our warehouse. Any product that is received as sealed or unused condition will be given a full refund less the shipping costs involved in the original shipment (Even when we offer free shipping, our company incurs in all shipping cost for your order).

2- Year Warranty for defective or damage products

This period applies to the following codes: “does not work properly”

Any product delivered to the buyer that arrives under the code “does not work properly”, “defective or damage” it be will work it under a 2-Year warranty. Which means that you should immediately contact the our customer service department through the following link https://www.splitenderpro.com/contact-us/ and report the details of what you are experiencing with the device. A customer service representative can request information such as a purchase order, photos or a short video of the product's behavior to assist you with your repair claim.

Once we received your item we will repair or replace the product free of charge based on the damage or repair required if it is still under the 2-Year Limited Warranty. 

When we received notification from the buyer, one of our customer service representative will provide you with the details on how to return of the damaged or non-working product. Buyer is given a 10-days return period upon notification of the service representative.

We strongly recommend you adding a tracking number and insurance to the package so that you have proof that the package is properly delivered to the address provided by us.

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us via email at info@splitenderpro.com, send to us a direct message via our website or contact our customer service department at 1-619-209-8545 Monday-Friday between 10:00am-5:00pm PST “California” so they can perform a quick troubleshooting over the phone.  Your Split-Ender PRO comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty (PRO’s Model), 1-Year limited Warranty (Mini Model) and we will stand behind you and assist you in taking care of the problem in a timely manner. 

Note: We do not accept packages returned to our warehouse under the Unclaimed, Incorrect/Incomplete Address or Refuse classification. Talavera Hair Products will deduct a total of $24.95 for Domestic & $59.95 for International shipping and handling (Even when we offer free shipping, our company incurs in all shipping cost for your order). 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING SERVICE INFORMATION:

1- All of our packages are shipped with a Signature Request Service upon delivery no exceptions. This is due to a high number of stolen packages from Customer’s Front Porch. 

2- Delivery Attempts are considered a successful delivery and it's the buyer's full responsibility to contact the carrier used (USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, Etc,.) to retrieve their package and make the necessary arrangements for either pick up the package in person at their location (Most Recommended Option) or to Re-Schedule for the delivery of the package (Not recommended, not an accurate option when shipped USPS).

3- THP, INC. reserve the rights to refuse and cancel any order should the Shipping Charges overlap the actual amount paid by any given customer unless the customer is willing to paid the difference for the shipping cost base on their shipping destination address. Should we find out the Destination Address is too costly using any of the shipping companies available to us, an email will be send to the email included on the order with the best options for the customer to chose or to request cancellation of the order.

NOTE: International Shipping Rates has gone up dramatically in the last year and we try to maintain a fairly low rate as much as we can to most International Destinations.  

Import Duties or Taxes to any Country are sole responsibility of each Buyer/Consignee/Receiver and they variate from Country to Country. For more details in regards to import duties please contact your local CUSTOMS Offices in your Country.
