When a tracking number for a package is automatically generated, a notification will be sent via email. The buyer must maintain constant monitoring of their package. Our shipping system counts with the "Signature Request" process, which is a secure and efficient way of handling your order. The buyer must remain in constant tracking of the package in order to be present at the final package destination when the representative of the shipping agency arrives for delivery. The buyer can download the app "ARRIVE" to keep in touch with the item's tracking route. If the shipping delivery carriers arrive for delivery and the buyer is not present a notification might be left at the location and a message will appear on their website notifying the receiver to contact them to make any necessary arrangement for the redelivery of the package, if the package is returned to our warehouse it will be classified as UNCLAIMED. NOTE: IF YOU DECIDE TO REFUSED THE PACKAGE OR THE PACKAGE GETS SHIPPED BACK TO US AS UNCLAIMED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIME IN TRANSIT BACK TO US VIA THE POSTAL SERVICE AND NO REFUND OF THE PURCHASED PRICE LESS SHIPPING & HANDLING WILL BE ISSUE UNTIL THE PACKAGE AND ALL ITEMS ARE RECEIVE IN GOOD CONDITIONS AND IN FULL AT OUR RETURN ADDRESS IN USA.
