So when I saw this product I thought that this was somehow a scam. Believe me, it's not! This product is amazing!!! My hair looks so much healthier, smoother, softer, and way easier to combo without battling out the knots. It's so worth your investment in your self-care. I'm trying to grow out my hair and this is the best way to do it without sacrificing about 1.5 to 2 inches of hair every time. The only downside to it is the amount of time you have to set aside to do all your hair and you can't do it fast you have to go super slow like a snail to be able to get rid of all your split ends. make sure you section off your hair and go over it twice. Maybe to keep up your slipt ends at bay do it once or bi-monthly. Depending on how well you treat your hair. If you keep it up in a crazy bun a lot (like me) then you'll def do it once a month.

My skepticism came from me having curly, natural hair and this product looking like it was made for straight hair only. At first it kept pulling, but then I decided to straighten my hair before running the product through each section and it worked pretty well! My hair hasn't been trimmed in way too long, years to be honest, which is why it was a very long and painstaking task, but once it was done my hair was finally softer again! Side note: Make sure to read the instructions 😆 some hair will need preparation as I realized for mine.

I was hesitant to use this at first but I felt like my hair was really damaged from coloring. I got it today and used it immediately. I did exactly as the instructions said, working in very small sections. It took me about 30 minutes or so to go through all my hair. I really felt comfortable and confident using it on my hair by the time I was half way done and the total amount of split ends that were removed, when gathered together and pinched, was less than the size of a quarter. I really feel like it did a thorough job, made my hair look and feel incredibly soft, and didn’t take any length off of my hair whatsoever. If you’re on the fence about getting this, please do, it’s so worth it!! It says to use it about every 3-4 weeks, which I definitely will between regular coloring/trimming appointments (I go every 3 months or so for trim/coloring).

I purchased the Split-Ender from Korea. I made a change to my order after placing it, and the customer service team handled it very kindly and quickly. Shipping was also very fast. My first impression when I received the product was that it felt very well made and high quality. Since my hair is bleached, the ends are quite damaged. I used the Split-Ender after washing my hair, without applying any other products, and I was really impressed with the results. My hair was much easier to brush through and looked noticeably smoother and shinier. A small amount of trimmed hair does sometimes come out of the device while I’m using it, but it’s actually less than the amount of hair I normally shed while drying my hair, so it doesn’t bother me at all. Since I only plan to use it occasionally at home, I chose the battery-powered MINI version, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend it!
This is a great tool and performs exactly as advertised! My daughter pulls her hair out when she is in manic mode. This tool made her hair look smooth. It took away all of her flyaways from uneven hair….we love it!
I was very hesitant, at first with the idea of an entire quarter inch being cut from my hair as it's finally growing back and down to the bottom of my waist. It turns out a quarter inch is perfect! Exactly what I needed. All my short hairs kept splitting lower and lower and or not catching up to the rest of my hair but I know now that they will. No more looking at every little hair with the scissors and trying to get every single split end cut running down the length of my hair. I just couldn't keep up. This is a breeze. So cool! This split end trimmer isn’t as good as the pink one that I have also tried. This one pulls your hair no matter how small or thin the section. It does trim the small 1/4” inch like described in the videos and instructions, which is nice. The “pink” one cuts the entire split end, no matter the length. I think the trimmer is not for me, as far as placing hair in between plates.
