This has been an amazing experience. My hair went from "the nutty professor" to a professional look in a matter of an hour. My hair is manageable for a variety of styles with little effort.
It works to an extent. I have gone over small sections three times as directed but there are still some split ends. Doesn’t get them all but definitely helps.

I have medium to thick hair above my waist, and it literally takes me about 20 minutes to do all of my hair. I do wash and dry my hair first, and then I straighten it so it works better. But it’s been such a money and time saver for me!
It amazing! I bought the first one that was called split mender like 20 years ago when I was still in school and after so many years it wouldn't work and there were not replacement for it so I bought this one. I suffer from split ends because I have 2 types of hair so to keep a nice hair style I blow my hair a lot and that can damage your hair. My hair now is more healthy than before and I recommend this 100% just learn how to use it right or you will damage your hair more if you don't. Take very little hair at a time and the power on green arrow should face down. So if you change the ender to the other side of the head make sure to use the right rotation.

I have used this twice. Once I got the hang of it, it worked worked well. It’s impossible is to get this fine a cut and not use a Machine like this. Very quick cutting, just tiny pieces on the end. Two cutting sizes 1/8 and 1/4 of an inch. I’m feeling good, like my hair will grow and I can keep the split ends under control. No tugging when cutting. Blade worked well. The machine naturally doesn’t not catch all the ends it cuts. So prepare for that or you’ll be itchy. Even if I cannot see them, I could feel tiny hairs poking me. The little clear tray will fill up, but some tiny pieces of hair will also fall like any normal haircut. So far, I’m very happy.
